JOB TITLE: Sr. Director of Marketing

SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Sr. Director of. Marketing is responsible for managing the Marketing and Community departments for Company. This includes developing and executing strategic marketing plans and budgets as well as creating and delivering brand positioning and messaging for all Company games.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Develop and implement short and long term plans that drive revenue; plan and execute marketing strategies and tactics to increase game revenue in support of the business goals and objectives
2. Identify and develop strategic marketing partnerships
3. Develop the vision and direction of the marketing and community departments ; optimize the budget spend of the departments to increase revenue
4. Oversee and lead the community moderation efforts; develop strategies, tactics and communication plans for Company games
5. Oversee the Marketing and Community teams
6. Other duties as assigned
Work Experience
• 8 – 10 years of games marketing experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• MMOG experience preferred
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
