The Director of Product Management is responsible for leading a team of product managers to plan and manage the successful development, launch, and ongoing live operation of mobile games published by Company. Product Managers own the success or failure of products in their entirety. They are responsible for managing external development studios and cross-functional internal teams to ensure that games are successful in meeting their target KPIs. Product Managers will manage the entire life cycle of products and are expected to contribute to the design, production, marketing, testing, launching, operation, and support of games. At any given time Product Managers will be responsible for between one and three products, and will work on these titles in conjunction with their Company product team colleagues. The Product Manager is the most important individual contributor at Company and their ultimate goal is to make a product successful and foster a strong relationship between Company and the development team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze projects from the perspective of developers, Company, and consumers; define project objectives & KPIs
• Work with external development partners to create and execute game development timelines, focusing on the prioritization of additional features and quality improvement
• Lead multiple Company functional teams in providing external developers with comprehensive support across all elements of game development and publishing
• Work in conjunction with internal and external teams to create and successfully hit KPIs across user acquisition, retention, and monetization
• Conduct market and product research; build a comprehensive and modern understanding of the entire free-to-play market, with a focus on core games

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Work Experience
• 6+ years of relevant Free-To-Play (mobile, social, PC) product management experience is required
• A successful track record of leading Free-To-Play products is required
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or a Physical Science preferred
• Product management or product owner training certification preferred
• MBA or Masters a plus
Knowledge/Skills
• Strong interest and passion for video games (especially mobile games)
• Strong understanding of Free-To-Play game design, development, and operations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional ability to ideate and prioritize projects based on financial impact
• Ability to cull actionable and meaningful insights from data analysis
• Excellent spreadsheet modeling skills
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and understand all functions of game development and operations
• Demonstrated understanding of cohort analysis and control variables
• Strong research and analytical skills with great attention to details
• Ability to make critical product feature and functionality decisions
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Work well with people, process and problems
• CS, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or Physical Science background preferred
• Working knowledge of R a plus
• Previous experience with Data Mining a plus
